Events FAQ
How far in advance should I book an event?
Our courts are in high demand. For smaller private events we recommend booking 2–4 weeks ahead; corporate events require about one month’s notice. Evenings and weekends fill quickly, so the earlier the better.
What's the minimum and maximum group size?
Private bookings run a two-hour minimum. Each court hosts 4–6 players at a time and larger groups rotate in, so venues accommodate anything from an intimate party to 150+ guests depending on the location and courts available.
Can you cater and provide equipment?
Paddles and balls are provided, and beginner-friendly learn-to-play instruction can be added. We don’t cater in-house, but you’re welcome to bring your own food or a local caterer — several clubs sit close to great dining. Bar service is available on a full buyout via a Special Occasion Permit.
What's your deposit and cancellation policy?
A 50% non-refundable deposit confirms your booking and is due within 48 hours of placing a hold; the balance is due 14 days before the event. Changes and cancellations must be in writing and aren’t accepted within 14 days of the event — inside that window the deposit is forfeited. More than 14 days out, we’ll gladly rebook you at no charge.
Do you run events at every location?
Most Fairgrounds clubs host private and corporate events, though available courts, lounge space and parking vary by site. Tell us your preferred club in the inquiry and we’ll confirm what’s possible there.
