How it works
-
01
Pick a game
Browse open games near you and grab a spot. Playing solo is the default — no group required.
-
02
Just show up
No team, no rating, no gear needed. Balls and loaner rackets are ready if you want them.
-
03
Meet players & play
We balance the games on the day. Play a few, meet the regulars, come back for more.

Played as a guest?
Welcome back — your first game’s on us.
Redeem the invite code from your host (or the one we texted you). We’ll add a free open-play credit and remember your home club, so your next game is one tap away.

Good to know
Do I need a partner or a group to join a game?
Nope — playing solo is the whole idea. Open games and socials are built for individuals; we balance teams on the day and rotate players so everyone gets court time. Bring a friend if you like, but you never need to.
What skill level are open games for?
There’s something for everyone. Games are tagged by level — beginner-friendly, all levels, intermediate and up — so you can pick what fits. Filter the list by level to find your match.
What does it cost to play?
Many open-play sessions are free; others are a small drop-in (typically $12–$15). The price is shown on each game, and members save on every session. Booking and payment are handled in the PodPlay app.
I've never played before — can I still join?
Absolutely. Look for beginner-friendly games and Learn to Play sessions — no experience needed, and loaner paddles and balls are provided. Our hosts help you find your feet.
What should I bring?
Just yourself and court shoes. Paddles and balls are available to borrow at the club if you don’t have your own. Water and a towel never hurt.
